 1:1 CREATIVE SESSIONS

For deeper, more personal work

A space to explore what’s underneath the surface, through creativity, imagination, and emotional awareness.

This is where you can:

  • express what hasn’t had a place to go

  • reconnect with yourself more honestly

  • explore your inner world safely

  • begin to experience things differently from the inside

Sessions are guided, but not rigid.
You are met where you are.

Best for you if:

  • something feels stuck, overwhelming, or hard to access

  • you want depth, not just surface-level support

  • you’re ready to explore yourself in a different way

 GROUP SPACES & CREATIVE GATHERINGS

(Connection + shared experience)

For exploring and creating together.

 

Creative spaces where you can:

  • reconnect with imagination

  • express freely

  • feel part of something shared

These may be:

  • in-person or online

  • guided but open

  • playful, reflective, or a mix of both

CREATIVE WELLBEING PROGRAMMES

Transform your environment with this tailored services designed specifically for schools and businesses. Offering wellbeing consulting and team activities for employees, along with therapeutic art interventions for students in schools or children's homes.

Engaging after-school or in-school workshops focus on art and creative writing for KS2 and KS3 students. Additionally,  an offer of creative activities for care homes and hospitals, all centred around the healing power of art, building connection, confidence, fun, and exploration those who need it most.

 CREATIVE PRACTICE SUPPORT

For staying connected over time

A supportive space to help you keep returning to yourself through creativity.

This is less about deep dives, and more about:

  • building a consistent relationship with creativity

  • moving through resistance and self-doubt

  • staying connected between life’s demands

Best for you if:

  • you struggle to stay consistent on your own

  • you want gentle support without intensity

  • you’re building a creative or reflective practice

 SIP & PAINT EVENTS

(Light, social, accessible)

For creativity without pressure.

Relaxed (or lively, gotta switch up the vibe from time to time!), social creative sessions focused on enjoyment, expression, and accessibility.

No experience needed.
No expectations.

 THERAPEUTIC ART SESSIONS

For expression when words aren’t enough

A structured but gentle space where creativity becomes the main way of processing and expressing emotion.

Especially supportive for:

  • those who find it hard to verbalise feelings

  • young people who need a non-verbal outlet

  • emotional regulation and processing through making

Sessions are adapted to the individual’s age and needs.

 NEW MUM SUPPORT
(PRIVATE OFFERING)

A small, private offering exists for new mothers needing emotional and practical support during transition.

This is accessed separately and shared when relevant.

It can sit alongside therapy, after therapy, or as a starting point, but it is not a replacement for clinical or medical support.
