Not at all. You don’t need experience, skill, or confidence in anything creative. This isn’t about making something that looks like it belongs to Vincent Van Gogh! It’s about finding a way to express and explore what’s already there. There is a way in for everyone, we just find what works for you.

That’s completely okay. A lot of people come into this work because they can’t access or name what they’re feeling. You’re not expected to arrive with clarity. We start where you are, even if that’s: “I don’t know” or “something just feels off” That’s more than enough.

That’s okay. This space is here to support you, not to keep you in something that doesn’t feel right. You’re always free to: pause adjust or step away There’s no pressure to continue if it’s not what you need. I will always do my best to point you in the right direction if I believe another service or facilitator may better suit your needs. We don't gatekeep or trap round here! Whether you stay or go, you're always welcome.

Yes. There are certain services such as Creative Practice Support that are more beneficial face to face. While some, like Sip n Paints, New Mum Support and kids group workshops are exclusively In person. Therapeutic Art, 1-1 Creative sessions and Women's Clubhouse sessions can be online or in person dependant upon availability and client location. Online sessions are held in a way that still feels: connected supported and easy to engage with

This is a private offering. If you’re a new mother and feel like you need: emotional support practical help or simply space to be held during this transition You are welcome to reach out, and I’ll share the details with you directly.

This will be covered on the cancellation policy but you have a few options. You can postpone your sessions to a future date within 3 months. You can gift your sessions to someone else. Or potentially you can transfer over to a different service. This will be decided on a case by case basis. I will always do my best to accommodate you where possible. I understand that life happens, and try to work with people fairly and compassionately.
